It depends on where you are with your business. Foundation Blueprint fits if you're about to launch, or if you can't yet say clearly who you're for and why people should choose you versus a competitor. Growth Gameplan fits if you have customers and marketing running, but your growth has stalled and you need a plan for where to invest resources and budget, and what to stop. Both of these plans are project-based. The Long Game is a monthly retainer and it fits if someone is already doing the work and you need a senior person steering it month to month. If you're still not sure where to start, that's what the fit call is for.

Yes, and it's a good way to start. A project lets you see how I think and how we work together, with a clear output at the end. Many ongoing partnerships make more sense after one, because the groundwork is already done.

Mostly async, which means in writing, in our own time, rather than in meetings. We decide together when we need alignment calls, and the rest happens in shared async collaboration tools, so you always have access to the latest plans, decisions and numbers. You get more of my thinking and fewer of your hours spent in meetings, plus a written record of every decision.

Think of it in two parts. The strategy and the decisions are mine: who you target, what you say, what to focus on, what to stop, where the budget goes, and what results we're aiming to achieve. The hands-on work, like writing, designing, running ads and building pages, is done by your team, freelancers or an agency. In The Long Game, I brief those people, coordinate them and check their work and the outcomes against the plan.

Four stages. First, we agree your goals and I get access to what I need. Then I do the analysis and build the strategy. Before I finish, we have a call to validate the direction together, so there are no surprises. At the end, you get one clear direction, explained in plain terms, with the templates and tools to act on it, all shared with you so you keep everything. About 30–45 days later, we have one more call to go through what's been put into action and where you're stuck.
